ParkView Senior Residences Offering

 Langford Seniors Community Limited Partnership (LP) is created to provide equity for the development, construction and lease up of ParkView Seniors Residences which will be build at 2818 Carlow Road in the center of downtown Langford, just outside of Victoria on Vancouver Island.

The LP is an investment in the development and rental of 145 independent and assisted living units.
