The Mountain View Gardens development is 15 storey, 102 home, 1 and 2 bedroom condominium development located in the central density area of Langford, British Columbia. The development is a few blocks away from Langford’s announced technical university on Jacklin Road.

The developer has applied for development permitting from the City of Langford for the project and is on track to receive permitting by Q3 2024, construction targeted to begin by Q1 2025.
Mountain View Gardens Limited Partnership is a GP/LP partnership offering.
The Limited Partners are in a Preferred Position under the terms of the Offering.
The offering has two options for investors:
Option #1 pays a 15% annualized return to investors as one pro-rated, lump sum upon completion of the development.
Option #2 pays a 7.5% annualized return + a prorated share of 50% of the profits (limited to $3 million of the $10 million raise)
Target Completion is Q4 2026.
Minimum Investment is $25,000.
The offering is TFSA and RRSP eligible.
Investors also receive an option to purchase a condo unit in the development, pre-market, at a 5% discount. Sales to investors are targeted to start in Q3 (Sep/Oct) 2024.
