Arbutus Walk received Development permitting from the City of Langford in mid 2023 and is on track to begin construction in Q4, 2024.  

Arbutus Walk Limited Partnership is a GP/LP partnership offering.

The Limited Partners are in a Preferred Position under the terms of the Offering.
The offering pays a 15% annualized return to investors as one pro-rated, lump sum upon completion of the development.

Target Completion is Q3 2026.

Minimum Investment is $25,000.
